Social capital building is getting more and more important in today’s global world. It is now better understood that without the social enrichment of employees/members, organizations can not represent their best. It is the human capital that counts compared to the physical capital and in the final run it is that type of capital that determines success. Our project aims to focus on this issue and the main aim is to enrich the social capital of the participating organizations by means of training their employees and members.
